I’m Cassidy McCurdy, a licensed occupational therapist specializing in pelvic health and the founder of Pivotal Pelvis. As an OT, I bring a unique, whole-person approach to care, focusing on how pelvic health impacts every part of your daily life.

We are an out-of-network provider, which means we don’t bill insurance directly. However, we can help you navigate the reimbursement process.
We’ll provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance company. Depending on your plan and whether your out-of-network deductible has been met, you may be reimbursed for 50–80% of the cost of your visits.
Important Note: We do not accept Medi-Cal, Medicare, or Medicaid.

To get started your first visit is a 90-minute evaluation priced at $315, where we’ll take a deep dive into your symptoms and goals.
After your initial visit, 60-minute treatment sessions are available for $225 each, focusing on progressing your personalized plan and addressing your specific needs. -
Yes! Virtual pelvic health sessions are available and just as effective as in-person visits for most clients. During your appointment, we’ll:
Discuss your symptoms and goals
Perform a visual assessment of your movement patterns
Provide personalized strategies, modifications, and exercises
You’ll leave with a tailored plan to help you meet your goals, whether it's pain relief, strength building, or recovery.
For insurance coverage on virtual visits, it depends on your plan. We recommend confirming details with your insurance provider.
