  • No, you don’t need a referral to book with Cassidy. However, many clients come through referrals from their healthcare providers. (If you were referred, we have a helpful page explaining why your provider may have recommended pelvic health therapy.)

  • Cassidy begins with a detailed review of your intake form, a postural assessment, and—if you’re comfortable—an internal assessment. She’ll provide education and begin hands-on treatment to start addressing your concerns right away.

  • Pivotal Pelvis is an out-of-network provider. We do provided superbills for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement, and we’ll even give you a script to check your coverage with your insurer after a short consultation.

We do not accept Medicare/Medicaid Recipients.

  • While Pivotal Pelvis is an out-of-network provider, Cassidy can guide you through submitting claims for potential reimbursement through your insurance. Many clients find that they can still access the specialized care they need with a reimbursement process in place.

  • Cassidy’s office is located in downtown Petaluma near the outlets. She also offers telehealth and in-home sessions (with travel fees), but in-office sessions are preferred for the best experience.

  • Initial evaluations are 90 minutes, and follow-up sessions are 60 minutes. While every client’s progress varies, most see significant improvements after about eight sessions. For chronic issues or long-term conditions, additional sessions may be needed.

  • Cassidy’s treatment techniques include pelvic floor-specific exercises, breathing strategies, manual therapy, muscle release work, biofeedback therapy, and functional activity training. She tailors every session to meet your body’s needs and your daily life demands.
